The Challenge
HB Services Group was a new business launching into a competitive services market in Western Australia.
From the outset, the business needed to look credible, capable, and established, even without a long track record. In industries like construction and trade services, first impressions carry weight. Clients are making quick judgments about reliability, scale, and professionalism before any conversation takes place.
Starting without a clear brand system risked blending in with smaller operators or appearing underprepared for larger projects. Signage, vehicles, uniforms, and digital channels all needed to work together to communicate confidence from day one.
The challenge was to build a brand that felt considered and trustworthy immediately, not something that would need to be “fixed later” once the business grew.

From there, we designed a brand system built for real-world application. The logo was developed to be bold, legible, and confident across large-scale environments such as site signage and vehicles, while remaining effective in digital and print contexts. Colour, typography, and graphic elements were chosen for visibility, durability, and consistency across touchpoints.
